Bashini Gunarathne is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, having been called to the Bar in 2004. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Colombo and an LL.M. in Commercial and Business Law from the University of West London, United Kingdom.
 With more than two decades of experience in the Sri Lankan legal profession, Bashini has developed a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, company secretarial practice, business structuring, contracts, corporate compliance and investment-related matters.
Through Premier Corporate Solutions (Private) Limited, she works with local and international clients who require practical, commercially focused legal and corporate support for establishing, developing and managing their businesses in Sri Lanka.
